The location was perfect and comfortable as for me, really close to fields to the rear the back, good pub, and Penshurst Place. The breakfast with home-made bread was served in the garden.

Reasonably spacious and airy units with a nice view over garden. A good choice of food at breakfast like eggs and cheese. Magnificent and particularly good location in Royal Tunbridge Wells, next to the train station. Lovely and welcoming staff at all times.

The hotel's location was great and brilliant in a quiet neighbourhood. Plus there was a lake, within 55 minutes walk or so. I had fresh made breakfasts with great view to the garden and homemade jams, for example.

I had a wonderful experience at a friendly and homely place. The hosts, Mr and Mrs Day, were welcoming and accommodating, allowing me to check in late and providing clear instructions for breakfast. The breakfast itself was generous and freshly cooked, setting me up for the day ahead. The house had a homely atmosphere and the garden at the back was beautiful. I would definitely stay at Aspens B&B again. My only small drawback was the need for a car ride into the town center, but this was not the fault of the owners. Nonetheless, I highly recommend this hotel for its great value and comfortable stay.

Greatly enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel, it was very nice! We stayed in a superior king room which was well-equipped and spotless. The location was perfect and nice, in a residential area, in the quiet area. Plus it was 10 mins drive from Holden Pond.

Everything was excellent, lovely staff, panoramic views of the lovely back garden. I loved the room, it was airy and reasonably large. Location: the hotel was adjacent to quiet, restaurants and the bus stop and the garden. I usually went to Southborough Fish Bar to grab a bite.

The natural beauty around was so stunning, it's like nature was trying to show off. And to top it off, there was free parking!

Oh, how disappointing that everything was just so perfect. I was really hoping for some drama.
